During last year's aurora substorm from 12.11 I was out taking photos and timelapse with my camera. As I was in awe of the highly unusual show I was witnessing, I wanted to try if my phone could also capture it. So, set up my pixel 9 on a fence next to my tripod and tried it. I was so amazed and pleased with the result that this became my most shared / shown image from that night, even though I had better quality images taken with my camera. It proves just how capable phones are nowadays.
